Your cooperation ensures that Bless This Home remains a place of love, compassion, and support.
1. Respect for All Individuals:
•    Treat everyone with kindness, empathy, and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, or circumstances.
2. Confidentiality:
•    Respect the privacy of individuals and the organization. Do not disclose confidential information without proper authorization.
3. Professionalism:
•    Always maintain a professional demeanor when representing Bless This Home. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
4. Unacceptable Behavior:
•    Engaging in any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying is strictly prohibited.
•    Refrain from engaging in gossip or spreading rumors, especially concerning the personal lives of fellow volunteers, staff, or the families we serve.
5. Communication:
•    Communicate openly and honestly with fellow volunteers, staff, and families. If you have concerns, address them through the appropriate channels rather than engaging in gossip.
6. Punctuality and Commitment:
•    Be punctual for your volunteer commitments. If unable to fulfill your responsibilities, communicate in advance and find suitable arrangements.
7. Use of Resources:
•    Use Bless This Home's resources responsibly and only for activities aligned with the organization's mission.
8. Alcohol and Substance Use:
•    Refrain from consuming alcohol or substances during volunteer activities. Volunteers must not be under the influence while representing Bless This Home.
9. Compliance with Policies:
•    Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all Bless This Home policies and guidelines.
10. Faith-Based Approach:
•    Embrace and embody the values of our faith-based organization. Be mindful of your language and actions to maintain a positive spiritual environment.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Bless This Home Volunteer Code of Conduct. I understand that any violation of this code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of my volunteer position.
